The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) is a Nigerian examination board which offers entrance examinations to students who wish to study in the tertiary-level. The board prepares examinations, monitors the examination process, releases results of students, and also decides based on certain standards those who are to be admitted into the university level.
It is essential for every student (under-graduate, post-graduate, aspiring) to know the steps involved in accessing the portal as JAMB major online functionalities (like admission status, admission letter, JAMB original result, change to candidates/students data, etc) are made available to students only through this portal.
To access the portal, simply follow the following steps:
Open your favorite browser and enter the official JAMB website address web address or click on this link: www.jamb.org.ng
On the JAMB official website, click on "Create e-Facility Account/Log in". You will be redirected to a new page which is the login page.
On the Login page, enter the email address that you used during JAMB registration.
Enter the password you used to open the JAMB account during registration, if you do not know or cannot remember the password, you will be unable to login. To recover your JAMB password, click here to know how it can be done.
After filling in your correct email and password, click on the Login button.
On successful login, you will be redirected to your account dashboard which would look like this:
After every activity on the portal, it is advisable that you log out of the portal to avoid others from having access to your account.
